On an annual basis, schools are given money to issue throughout the school. However, the problem is-- do they use it properly. Recently, at the high school I'm attending, the school has bought lanyards for our ID's, and hired workers to remove the old gum off of the school grounds. It's understandable that the lanyards are for security reasons and the gum removal is for-- to make the school nicer, However, there are problems in the school that need to be adressed: there aren't enough books, or the insides of the buildings are in need or renovation since some classes do seem like safety hazards. Yet, there isn't a student council that is able to adress this properly. What do you believe should occurr? Should there be a student council? And is this a major problem?

Animal’s abuse has been going on for a while. Because animals don’t have a voice, we talk for them. Image you have a pet dog. He ran away from home because the gate was open. A stranger grab the dog and took him home. You are looking for you dog and the stranger is abusing it at the same moment. How can we stop these abusers?

California has been pushing to legalize marijuana for awhile, and today patients can use marijuana for medical use. Patients can legally purchase and consume this plant as long as they have recommendation (prescription) from a medical doctor.  In recent years Colorado and Washington have legalized marijuana for recreational use and it is taxed by the state. Marijuana may be legal in a state for either medical or recreational use, but it is still illegal federally. Since two other states have legalized marijuana for recreational use and California has legalized it for medical use. Should the rest of the US legalize marijuana us for medical or recreation use? Explain why or why not.
